ABOUT
The people behind the brand.
Frame Culture Collective is a cinematic storytelling studio in Los Angeles, making films, campaigns, and editorial imagery for modern brands and the people who build them.
Documentary honesty. Directed intention.
The most compelling thing about a brand is usually the person, or the people, who built it. Our work starts there. We listen first, then shape what we find into films and images that feel real and considered at the same time.
We're drawn to stories with something at stake: a founder who took a risk, a team with a reason, a community doing work that deserves to be seen.
HOW WE WORK
Small by design.
We keep the studio lean on purpose. You work directly with the person directing your project, and for each production we assemble the right collaborators based on what the story needs.
That means fewer handoffs, clearer decisions, and a creative lead who knows your story as well as you do.
FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Ashley Wafer
Ashley Wafer is a filmmaker and creative director based in Los Angeles. She picked up a camera as a photographer in 2017 and moved into filmmaking in 2020, building a body of work across editorial, commercial, and documentary storytelling.
She has created work with brands including Nike, Jordan, Crown Royal, and Fabletics.
In 2026, she founded Frame Culture Collective to make work that begins with people: who they are, what they're building, and why it matters. She leads every project personally, from the first conversation through the final edit.
